Feasibility and potential issues are studied in detail, and our in-depth knowledge of all sheet metal processes allows us to show you the best way to optimise your product to reduce production and management costs . We are used to being involved by our main Customers in the start-up phase of new items to simplify the most critical parts and keep the finished product within the market target price.

2. DESIGN
We are able to independently develop, design and manufacture sheet metalwork of any level of complexity, starting from a concept provided by the Customer.
Our CAD/CAM systems and the high level of automation in the cutting and bending phases allow us to virtualise and accurately predict each production phase: this optimises the use of resources for the production of prototypes and the launch of industrial pre-series.

3. ORDER MANAGEMENT
Siver is an expert supplier able to deliver a turnkey service to its Customers.
The high level of computerisation and the integration of the programming and production processes, combined with a high degree of automation, enable us to achieve precise and tight delivery times.
Full control of every stage of the production cycle also means that we can easily handle off-site services such as painting and sheet metal finishing, leaving our Customers free to concentrate on other aspects of their business.
We also pay special attention to customer requirements, such as packing materials according to specific sequences, labelling of individual parts or creating dedicated packing lists, because we know that each Customer has different needs.
This allows us to handle complex orders, such as:
- just-in-time supplies for production lines of large multinational Customers.
- urgent and time-critical deliveries of large batches.
- supplies for large construction projects that require punctuality and constant adaptation to progress and site planning.
- supplies that require all the necessary material to be packed according to specific sequences and quantities.

Within a total covered area of 4000 sq. m, a large sheet metal warehouse with constant availability of materials such as S235 steel, aluminised, galvanised, pickled, structural S355, AISI 304, 316 and 430 in 2B, BA and SB finishes, aluminium and copper, ensures a rapid start to the production cycle.
The quality and experience of our employees, many of whom have grown up and have been trained within the company, combined with a high level of technology, ensure high quality and reliability at every stage, from cutting to bending, from welding to final assembly.
The entire team is focused on results and continuous improvement. A strong spirit of cooperation and a well-diversified structure ensure that there is constant dialogue between the Engineering Department, Production, Logistics, Purchasing office and the various Departments. This makes it possible to synchronise internal production with external operations, such as machining or surface finishing, for complete job management.

The quality of the packing and compliance with all the specifications required of us (identification tags, labelling, tracking of orders and production batches, quantities per container) are the strengths of our Logistics and a fundamental and distinctive aspect of our work.
Located 45 km south of Verona, Siver is in a very favourable position, being well connected to important centres such as Vicenza (57 km), Modena (79 km), Padua (93 km), Bologna (102 km), Brescia (106 km) and Trento (132 km).
Siver routinely serves customers nationwide, in Germany, Switzerland, Sweden and the USA.
